Fry one diced onion in a pan, then add some spinach and let cook. We did not use meat.
in a bowl mix 2 eggs, 1 small glass of milk, a table spoon of olive oil and some parsley. in another recipient, smash some feta like cheese.
Then proceed as seen.
We cut our yufka in a triangle shape so they would be smaller, do as you wish. spread a bit of the egg mix on one layer of dough.

Then roll it

and roll it in spiral like a cinnamon roll

Cook in the oven for 20 minutes
