Today we did some street polls for a company. It snowed all day long. It was pretty hard to hold the camera still, I didn't get gloves ;)











After I left work, snow got more intense. I love snow. I wish for a snow storm in Istanbul.

Snow on Christmas Eve

First snow on Christmas Eve but not enough to hold. It's nice anyway, it gives a real holiday spirit to the event.

Big Snow Day

This morning we woke up and were happy (well I know I was) to see that much snow outside. I got up with Ekin to walk with her to the main road (400 meters) to get a cab so she could go to work.


































































I was all day long at home, enjoying the view.

Tonight we went to Okan & Ceylan's place to have dinner with Engin and Reyhan. It started to snow a bit on way over.
















1 a.m. : I was glad (we all were) I left the car down the hill, but still it took us a while to get up this little slope to get on the road. Thanks to Ekin's and Engin's muscles who cleaned up the road. It took us about an hour to get back home. As usual the city did not do anything to prevent this.







Near our house some guys had trouble getting up this hill.

You can't tell on the picture but it's actually snowing. Well very little of course but it is.

Snow Day ... or ist ?

Well, they were expecting a snow storm today and I waited for it all day long.

01:31 p.m. : then the sun came out,







03:09 p.m. : So I waited,







03:52 p.m. : And there it was,







03:59 p.m. : That's it ? That's the big storm ? it lasted 10 minutes !

Let it snow ... more & more

It snowed a bit more today, the roads were very slippery and we at trouble getting up the hill today but the main roads were fine.









10.21 a.m.


Tonight we went to Serdar and Gonca (Gondja), the food was great, really great. We killed each others while playing Taboo but finally our team won, of course. I almost won the Cluedo Hitchcock edition afterward.
I wanted to share this lights switches there was in there building by the main door.
