Mustang Iacocca

I'm not really into cars but I really like the design of the Mustang. To celebrate its 45th anniversary , Mustang's new Iacocca version will hit the market soon. Only 45 will be made and they are already sold out. Very nice shooting, very nice car.

Kuroshio Sea

The second largest aquarium in the world is in Japan.
The main tank called the "Kuroshio Sea" holds 7,500-cubic meters (1,981,290 gallons) of water and features the world's second largest acrylic glass panel, measuring 8.2 meters by 22.5 meters with a thickness of 60 centimeters. Whale sharks and manta rays are kept amongst many other fish species in the main tank.
By the way, this was shot using a Canon 5D Mark II. I've been wanting this camera for a while now.

Portecho

The Turkish band Portecho (Elec-Trip Records) came to the office today for an interview.

The guys (Tan Tunçag and Deniz Cuylan) were pretty cool. Check out their page on MySpace. Their last Album "Studio Plastico" is out. The interview will be here next Friday (in Turkish). You can read this article about them in the NY Times.




























Their last video clip was taken off the air after 4 days of broadcast due to some pressures :

Today we shot (with Burak) a new program for the sipsak.tv show. Two guys (Mehmet & Oğuz) came from Izmir to present us their 360 photo tour systems : Atolye15.

Turkish Obama in Garanti Bank Ads

U.S. President Barack Obama is all over the city, all over the country, both in the streets and on TV. This is of course a fake. This is an commercial for the Turkish Bank Garanti, promoting a loan interest support of 1.19 %. They shot the commercial as if real U.S president was himself promoting this bank. This is so cheap. I'm pretty sure most of the uneducated population believe it's the real one.
