Yunus

This morning for the shooting of a show about advertising we went to a company called Digitouch. The General Manager happens to be a friend from High School, Yunus Güvenen.

New Music Program : 3,5mm

Today we started the shooting of a new program about music, mostly DJ's camed 3,5mm. Hopefully it will work out and be on air soon. I'll tell you more about it later.

Tarik Akan & Serif Sezer

Tonight I went to the premiere of the movie "Deli Deli Olma" (Don't be Crazy), More than famous actors Tarık Akan and Şerif Sezer were there. Tarık Akan is the most handsome man in Turkey, past, present and future (according to Ekin). Şerif Sezer sarted her career in the award winning Turkish movie "The Way" (1982).

Portecho

The Turkish band Portecho (Elec-Trip Records) came to the office today for an interview.

The guys (Tan Tunçag and Deniz Cuylan) were pretty cool. Check out their page on MySpace. Their last Album "Studio Plastico" is out. The interview will be here next Friday (in Turkish). You can read this article about them in the NY Times.

Mithat Bereket

Today we did an interview with Mithat Bereket. He hosts the bi-weekly news and foreign affairs documentary "PUSULA," meaning "compass". Pusula is broadcasted on TRT, Turkey's national public broadcasting network. Before joining TRT. You can watch his documentaries here (in Turkish).

Burcu Esmersoy

Today we went to do an interview with Burcu Esmersoy, I didn't know her until today actually and everyone was making fun of me for it. She hosts the sports program on the big Turkish News Channel NTV and on the Sport Channel Ntv Spor. Now I met her in person and she's a pretty cool person, very "humble".

Car Show

This morning we went to a closed track outside Istanbul to try out the Fiat Bravo Sport for one of our show : Otosentez. Another rainy day.

Fiat 500

Today we went out to shoot the new car from Fiat the 500 (cinquecento). The rain was pouring all day long. The car is very small but we fit 5 big guys inside it.
